Film Festival of Mumbai is a global adventure of red carpets, premiers, screening of daring documentaries, eye-opening short films, and interesting discussions with filmmakers from across the globe. With special categories for LGBTQ films, Women Empowerment films, environmental films and student films, the festival aims to be the hub for independent filmmakers.
A festival in its true meaning, FFM is a host to Red carpets, Opening & Closing nights, Press Interaction for participants, Official portraits of nominated filmmakers, Festival interviews of nominated filmmakers, After parties, Live music performances, Filmmaker panels, Award presentations, that extends to city tours, giving an enhanced filmmaker hospitality program.

Our Motive
FFM puts filmmakers first and provides the opportunity for recognition and publicity for quality films and documentaries. Our aim is to be an advocate for filmmakers with a unique vision, promote their work by showcasing it to our audience. Our Programming team carefully considers all the submissions and selects a wide range oof films to promote and celebrate with the cinema-loving crowd.
